Common questions
Still have questions? We're happy to talk it through.
(808) 300 - 4992+ How quickly can AC repair happen in Hilo during heavy rain?
Because we operate 24/7 from 325 E Makaala St Ste 111A we can reach Waiakea or Puueo properties the same day even when rain is steady, though standing water around outdoor units may require extra drying time before work starts.
+ What factors affect the cost of AC replacement in Hawaii County?
Pricing depends on unit size needed for older homes near Rainbow Falls, accessibility on sloped lots in Puueo, and whether corrosion from Hilo Bay salt air requires extra components.
+ Do you service homes in Pahoa and Keaau for AC repair?
Yes, we regularly travel from our Hilo base to Pahoa and Keaau to handle repairs on systems stressed by the same tropical rainforest climate that affects Downtown Hilo.
+ How long does a typical AC repair take on site?
Most repairs in Waiakea or near Liliuokalani Gardens are finished in one visit once the technician arrives, though parts sourcing for older units may extend the timeline by a day.
